Mercury Baypark is the perfect destination venue for all conferences & meetings.
On offer are a range of facilities, from smaller meeting rooms suitable for 12 people, to larger auditoriums, suitable for conferences and exhibitions of up to 4,400 people.
Our arena suites provide four inter-connectable rooms with wide circulation areas offering a variety of combinations to suit varying needs. Each suite is configured with a screen, projector, high speed internet access and sound system.
The Mercury Arena is split in to The University of Waikato Sport & Recreation Centre and the Lion Foundation Centre. Each space can be configured in classroom or theatre style layouts for large conferences & meetings and will accommodate trade displays and catering together.
Additional conference and meeting venues include the Mercury Stadium Lounge, a self-contained venue situated within the Mercury Stadium. This venue can comfortably accommodate 450 people for dinner, or 1000 for performances.
A full complement of Audio Visual Services is available with Bay Audio Visual. On-site food and beverage catering services are provided by Bay Catering.
